Reserving Conference Rooms

The Village of Odessa has a community room of which is available to be used by community members & organizations. Users must create a website account which, for your protection, requires a two-step approval process prior to reserving. Be sure you are signed in to the website to reserve use of the room.  You will receive an email of your request to use the community room and another once your request has been approved.  Please allow time for set up and tear down when making your reservation.

Users of the community room should plan to contact the village at 607-594-2100 and make arrangements to pick up the key at least two days prior to the date of your event.

The Community Room should be left in the condition it was found.  There is a broom closet in the room along with a mop bucket if needed.

To ensure the room is available for your use, please complete the Community Room Application. We won’t be able to confirm room reservations without a completed form.
